Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Scaling Asia GmbH, Heimstättenstraße 3, 89077 Ulm, Germany, Tel: +49 (0) 178‑87851‑52, Email: help@scaling.asia) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by you is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
